NASM Certified Personal Trainer NASM Weight Loss Specialist NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist Boxing & Barbells Level 1 I have been MMA training since 2007 and find it to be stress relieving and empowering! I gravitate most towards authentic boxing and Muay Thai styles of fighting. I believe in integrating various approaches in achieving total wellness. I love to think outside the box! You see, as a psychotherapist I’m forced to over analyze, problem solve and assess using linguistics. I have to find words to express myself and teach others to do the same. As a trainer, I am able to take that same process and convey it through movement. It’s an amazing process to help and heal through a multitude of approaches that compliment one another. I’m blessed to be given the opportunity to share it with others.
